Your medical record is kept confidential at all times and is not associated with your academic record. LU Student Health values the privacy of its patients and the confidentiality of the personal health information entrusted to us. We keep a strict privacy practice. 

*You may obtain a copy of your medical record if you wish. If you request a copy of your entire record, or a large portion of it, there is a $15.00 charge. This is due and payable upon request of the copy.
